  • Office hours — Our office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday.
  • We don’t get paid unless you win — All disability cases are handled on a contingency fee basis.

Our Firm’s History

Davis, Davis & Patterson was founded by Regina Wilson Davis, an inner-city social worker in Atlanta. Her mission was defending the rights of children, and as part of that mission, she frequently found herself in court. Soon Ms. Davis realized that she could more effectively advocate for children’s rights if she became a lawyer, so she put herself through night classes at the Woodrow Wilson College of Law.

After earning her law degree in 1979, Ms. Davis went on to practice disability law on both sides of the bench. She spent several years working as a staff writer for the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings and Appeals, and she became very familiar with the system, the regulations and the different judges.

In 1990, Ms. Davis entered private practice and began helping individuals with disabling conditions obtain Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income benefits.
